The food grade, non-porous shaving plate provides superior cleanliness and it is certified by NSF-international. It is equipped with an overload circuit break and an electricity leakage breaker to ensure the safety of the operator; the circuit breaker also extends the lifespan of the machine. The new shaving plate window allows you to monitor the consistency of shaved ice; and the alternative usage of the foot pedal frees the operator’s hands when needed.
