Returns and Exchanges
We fully stand behind our products and guarantee satisfaction. Our products are manufactured under strict quality control and we strive to be the industry standard. If at any time you find that a product is unsatisfactory please contact us.
Unopened items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. It's no problem to open the cardboard box, but the plastic bag your items came in cannot be opened. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee depending on the reasoning. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless a mistake was made on our part, in which case we will provide a shipping label. Please contact us for instructions prior to shipping anything back. Please note that customized products are not eligible for a return or refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within a month of dropping your package off with the return shipper, however, in most cases you'll receive it within a couple weeks. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return at our warehouse (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Carrier damage and delivery issues:
Frozen Solutions is not liable for any loss, damage, misdelivery, or nondelivery caused by: (i) the act, default, or omission of a Carrier.
The Customer will look solely to insurance provided by the Carrier for damage to goods in transit.
