Why has sourcing certain items become so difficult?

Well... The number one reason is the cost of shipping. To put it into perspective, the price of shipping a container to the USA has skyrocketed over 500% in one year, yikes! Sadly many companies were forced out of business because they simply could not handle the increase in shipping rates.

The cost of shipping a container is now over $20,000, just 1 year ago it was only around $8-11k. That's a steep climb if i've ever seen one.

The food service industries were one of the hardest hit. Especially small shops like ice cream stores, boba and bubble tea shops, or any dessert store really.

With the compounding effects of people going out of business due to lockdowns and less traffic, suppliers closing up shop, and price increases. It has made things a little tricky to say the least.

What are we doing about it?

Frozen Solutions is dedicated, and I mean dedicated to helping out our fellow small businesses. There is no way we will let this impact our amazing customers and we are doing everything in our power to keep prices low, and inventory stocked!

Part of this is moving a large amount of our manufacturing back to the USA. We appreciate everyone's patience with orders and shipments. We are as eager to get your items shipped to you, as you are to get them.
