Returns and Exchanges

We fully stand behind our products and guarantee satisfaction. Our products are manufactured under strict quality control and we strive to be the industry standard. If at any time you find that a product is unsatisfactory please contact us.

Unopened items non custom items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. It's no problem to open the cardboard box, but the plastic bag your items came in cannot be opened. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless a mistake was made on our part, in which case we will provide a shipping label. Please contact us for instructions prior to shipping anything back. Please note that customized products are not eligible for a return or refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within a month of dropping your package off with the return shipper, however, in most cases you'll receive it within a couple weeks. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return at our warehouse (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). THERE ARE NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM PRINTED PRODUCTS FOR ANY REASON.

Carrier damage and delivery issues:

Frozen Solutions is not liable for any loss, damage, misdelivery, or nondelivery caused by: (i) the act, default, or omission of a Carrier.

The Customer will look solely to insurance and misdelivery options provided by the Carrier for damage to goods in transit. Delayed or lost items cannot be cancelled, Freight claims will be filed on client behalf by FSI, however if a carrier loses or misplaces or delays a shipment and subsequently delivers, the client has the following options:

1) Cancel the order. If however the carrier delivers within 72 hours after cancellation by the client (with confirmation by FSI of carrier accepting cancellation), the client will still be responsible to take delivery of the product or can choose option 2)

2) Refuse delivery or Return the product to our designated warehouse and pay a 20% restocking fee.

Frozen Solutions will attempt to assist in the resolution of freight claims, but has no responsibility or liability therefore. Frozen Solutions has no responsibility or liability with respect to the issuance or denial of Third Party Insurance, or in the payment or denial of claims or late deliveries or misplaced shipments by carriers.
