Description
A powdered gelato mix with creamy vanilla notes, and chocolate cookie crumbs. Product is a dark blue in color.
How It Works: When the soft serve machine pumps air into the frozen yogurt mix, making the frozen yogurt product the bacteria goes into a dormant state. When eaten and brought back to warm temperatures in the body, these cultures again become active producing the same benefit as real yogurt.
Each case contains 5, 3lb bags.
Mixing Instructions:
1. Pour and stir Gelato Lab mix into mid-size bucket with 1 gallon of water or milk
2. Stir until completely dissolved
3. Pour mix into soft-serve machine or batch freezer
Premium Gelato Bases
White Base: Premium, creamy gelato base for any application, soft-serve, or display cabinet. Allows for quick prepration and customization using pastes or fruits to produce the finest gelato imaginable. Dosage: 1 bag to 1 gallon of dairy (same for water).
Complete Base: Premium versatile gelato base using milk or water (recommended for gelato). Consistent creamy texture that tastes amazing on its own, easy to customize, and holds well in any display cabinet. Dosage: 100g to 1 liter of dairy.
Vegan/Fruit Sorbet Base: Traditional Sorbetto at its finest. Mildly sweet with exceptional creamy texture that holds beautifully in your display cabinet. Dosage: 50g to 1 liter of water.
